Ich geh jetzt schön frühstücken und danach leg ich mich wieder in’s Bett, glaube ich.

OK then! Next week we will be stunning them on Pro Sieben [a TV channel] some time on Friday evening on “Focus TV”. So, tune in, OK?
The TV shoot was a lot of fun, a bit more merry than usual, very easy going – a bit of a pose.
Now a really great song that I can recommend for today: “Daniel Cirera” - “Motherfucker Fake Vegetarian Ex Girlfriend”…. Lynne and yours truly picked it up on the car trip home after the radio show. Really bitchin’.
Well, what’s new? The weather here is truly poopy and I saw myself forced to put on my winter bed linen. Really fleecy. Mhhhhmm… Really snug. Just the right thing for such shitty weather. And how are things with you? Have you seen any of the summer?

Also dann! Nächste Woche sind wir auf Pro Sieben zu bestaunen, irgendwann Freitag Abend, bei “Focus TV”. Also, schön reinzappen, klar?
Der Dreh war spaßig, ein Bisschen lustiger als sonst, sehr lässig - und ein Bisschen posig.
Nun ein ganz tolles Lied, was ich heute empfehlen kann: “Daniel Cirera” - “Motherfucker Fake Vegetarian Ex Girlfriend”…. Haben Lynne und meiner einer auf der Autofahrt nach Hause zufällig im Radio aufgegabelt. Sehr geil.

Yowwh, after we spent half a day shooting once again with RTL we are now looking forward to the television report that will be broadcast in the near future (as soon as we have an exact time, we will announce it, of course). It was quite funny, a lot of lights, a big camera and many people who only have in mind making you look good to see and hear. Ohh, I can’t really get used to this somehow. What’s even more interesting, at the moment, is the following: I don’t know if it was already posted somewhere in the forum – ‘all the while’ (alldieweil), not being not such a forum-person myself, buuut: the well-informed among you know our “Get down” video. A few weeks ago a couple of crazy guys from God-know’s-where got the glorious idea to re-enact one of our videos. Oh man, you MUST see it! I am still completely rapt by these guys (in particular, the one who plays me ) and I find it simply great what they got together there. It’s fab, isn’t it? ….I could just kiss the feet of such „freeloaders“ as these, who use our name for their Google videos. (well, not completely… but, a little!) Minimally, I’d like invite them to share an ice cream.
OK, then, music for today: “Weezer”-”Dope Nose” – ‚all the while’ (alldieweil) - my favorite expression for today! - there’s shit weather outside and you need something to build yourself up a little. Things like this can make you sick. By the way, the song also fit really well for last night, when I had a really stupid dream: I dreamed that the boys from the band Tokio Hotel (I can’t stand them!) were standing in the scenery of the German film, “Christiane F. - We Children from Bahnhof Zoo,” as they came across me and told me that I should start snorting coke. They also said that no one would notice, if I had to use the toilet for the next 24 hours. And then they threatened to take a photo of my eyes, if I wouldn’t go along with them. And then Pinkerton, my cat, began chewing on my hair and I woke up – six o’clock in the morning, damn! I can’t understand it, this has never happened to me before.

Jau, nachdem wir gestern den halben Tag nochmals mit RTL gedreht haben, sind wir nun gespannt auf den Bericht, der in absehbarer Zukunft (sobald wir einen genauen Termin haben, wird der natürlich mitgeteilt!) gesendet werden wird. Ganz schön komisch, viel Licht, große Kamera und mehrere Menschen, die nur im Sinne haben, Dich einigermaßen gut sicht- und hörbar zu machen. Hach, so wirklich dran gewöhnen kann ich mich irgendwie nicht.
Was aber momentan viel interessanter ist, ist folgendes: Ich weiß nicht, ob es nicht irgendwo schonmal im Forum gepostet wurde, alldieweil ich ja nicht so der Forenmensch bin, aaaaber: Die Kenner unter Euch kennen ja unser “Get Down”-Video. Ein paar fixe Kerle aus Weiß-der-Kuckuck-Woher kamen vor ein paar Wochen auf die glorreiche Idee, unser Video nachzustellen. Oh Mann, das MÜSST ihr Euch ansehen! Ich bin immernoch total begeistert von den Leuten (ganz besonders natürlich von dem, der mich nachspielt! 
) und find’s einfach super, was die da auf die Beine gestellt haben. Is toll, ne? So, Musik für heute dann: “Weezer”-”Dope Nose” - alldieweil (heute mein Lieblingswort!) draußen scheiß Wetter ist und man mal irgendwas zum Aufbauen braucht. Sowas macht ja krank. Das Lied passt übrigens auch super zu heute Nacht. Da hatte ich nämlich einen richtig blöden Traum: Ich habe geträumt, dass mir die Jungs von Tokio Hotel (ich kann die nicht leiden!) - in der Kulisse von “Christiane F. - Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo” über den Weg laufen und mir erzählen, dass ich Koks schnupfen soll. Und dass es keiner merken würde, wenn ich danach 24 Stunden lang nicht auf die Toilette müsse. Und dann haben sie mir gedroht, dass sie ein Foto von meinen Augen machen, wenn ich nicht mitmache. Und dann knabberte Pinkerton an meinen Haaren und ich wurde wach - morgens um sechs, verdammt. Ich kann’s nicht fassen, ist mir noch nie passiert.

So there. After I spoilt myself with a looooong and ample sleep, and following directly on from this, a really good breakfast with a cup of tea (I love tea!), what happens? - Its raining outside! And the new German spelling rules also piss me off. Pinkerton is sitting depressed in front of the window and doesn’t quite know why the sun is not shining – while my ‘one and only’ finds the rain and the coolness that comes with the rain really great… But, somehow… isn’t there a trace of insecurity there?
In and for themselves, sad grey days have something nice about them. Above all, Sundays where one can lie in all day in bed, watch cartoons and eat ice cream…. (Even, when on account of my advanced age, that happens less often. )
Ohh, so long… How is the weather with you?
And for all those for whom it is also raining, a music tip:“Taking Back Sunday” - “Cute Without The E”…. but best of all, the acoustic version. It fits so nicely to rain and to “looking-out-the-window”…. By the way, it also fits nicely to ice cream, to stroking cats and cups of tea. And to a nice breakfast and ample sleep…. So, listen to me!

Yesterday our server crashed for a time. And what was the cause? Seemingly, something that we (once again! ) were not prepared for: rumours had spread that we were on the start page of RTL.de. Unfortunately, we could no longer be found there when I finally got to give it a geek. Unfortunately, there were no screenshots either… But, perhaps, it was an explanation for why we crashed.
OK, and what now: more rain!

Hallo! If you look out the window today everything looks like autumn, doesn’t it?
Yes, well then. How is my general state of being today? Oh, it could be better: outside it’s still raining most of the time, now and then you catch the glimpse of a ray of sunshine, but actually that’s barely worth talking about… Somehow it feels so nice and rainy and cool… Not completely winter, not completely spring either, and let’s not talk about summer… Rather… yes, autumn. I’ll stay with this one. It’s more than enough. Well, at least, you can sleep right through, once again.
Here is my music tip for a pseudo-spring day like today: “Spoon” - “The Way We Get By”…. It makes everything a little less sad, I think. And hey! Go for a short walk and say hello to your neighbour or something similar, hm? … Or give the check-out chick in the supermarket a little smile, when you pay….
So, what else is new? Well, not much. Chocolate with whole almonds (I love almonds!) and a bit of a cold that makes it more difficult for me to taste the yummy almond chocolate. A sore throat, a cough, sniffles… Well, what else, autumn…
