I tried to answer in a fair way to the bad and untrue things that are said.
But my comments on lynnetessa.de were deleted.
I really don’t want to discuss (wash the dirt) in public.
I only can say:
Don’t judge unless you know the full story.
There are always two sites of a story and life isn’t black or white …

fair enough. - It is not ok to delete your postings over there either, but can you expect your postings not to be deleted if you obviously did the same thing over here? - My answer would be “yes”, but you see the irony
FYI: I’m talking about the “lynnetessa.de - WICHTIG!” that was posted here by Tessa on “Monday, 25 September 2006 07:58:05″ (at least according to my RSS reader) which was replaced by the “by admin” posting a few days later.
Also in reference to your other comment on the “by admin” posting. - An admin is usually passive. If you’re not getting clear feedback you preserve the status-quo, but it seems you’re much too deep into this whole thing already
And yes, a C&D order or service cancellation is usually considered clear feedback

btw: what I don’t get… - Why not create your own blog or distinct category on this blog to write your side of the story?
And yes, usually to post to someone else’s blog in a separate category is ok if you have their consent. Otherwise, not such a good idea… but you’re also past that already

I have no wish to judge without knowing the full story. I am willing hear out both sides… but if you simply don’t tell your story - that what stall me or anyone from making up their mind what to think about all oh this upheaval.
So you’d better talk or stop complaining about beeing judged withour beeing heard.

I see your point, admin, but I think you as the admin was responsible for the technical part. Do you think the webmaster of BritneySpears.com talks with Britney “Hey, we have to change our phpbb system?” And there were many tips and offers for help in the section “Website and Technik”, some volunteers offered even help without wanting any money.
And the censorship: Of course you had no right to delete (”hide”) Tessa’s post, you could have answered, started a thread or whatever.
Maybe Tessa was too passive, but Lynne posted many times. Ok, then came the Tessa family thing, which perhaps gave her the opportunity to change, as it seems without involving Lynne too much, although L. was the more active part in the forum. But Tessa wouldn’t have made the move if there were no basic differences.

I hope you’ll all be able to sort this thing out as currently this is massively confusing for many people and it is just unnecessary to have mutliple domains with separate content.
Given that L&T are two gals that are doing videos together I guess they should be able to come up with some consistent feedback

I knew admin/webmaster since almost the very beginning of the site, and I just couldn’t believe it when I heard what was happening.
It’s good to hear 2 sides to a story, things aren’t always what they seem. But it’s really sad things turned out like this.
I think I’m beginning to understand certain things but (like so many fans out there) I’m still clueless about too much, although I respect discretion.

Ich schreibs mal in Deutsch weil mein Englisch nicht so gut ist. Es geht ja nicht nur um die Website. Das Tessa keinen Bock dran hat habe nicht nur ich und andere Beteilligte sondern sogar die Fans inzwischen erfahren. Soweit mich alle anderen 3 Beteilligten haben wissen lassen geht es auch um die Werbeeinanahmen von denen Sie bislang nichts gesehen haben. Außerdem sollen Angebote für Auftritte etc nicht weitergeleitet worden sein. Also ich würde gerne die ganze Wahrheit erfahren, aber ich denke das werde ich nicht. Vielleicht kann ich mir was zusammenreimen wenn ich die Versionen von “Karl Marx” (wir alle hier wissen ja wer das ist) Tessa, Lynne und Deine zusammen nehme.
Viel mehr tut es mir leid, das Tessa nun ihr eigenes Ding ohne Lynne durchzieht und dieser Website Streit wohl alles kaputt gemacht hat.

Melde doch mal per email. Ich würde gerne deine Version erfahren, nachdem ich schon die von den anderen 3 Beteilligten gehört habe. Ich biete auch an auf meiner Seite die ganze Geschichte wiederzugeben. Ich bin nicht parteiisch und sehe darin eine Chance Ich glaube egal was vorher ablief. Die derzeitige Schlammschlacht und die Gerüchte allen Beteilligten nichts nützen, sondern nur schaden.

Beispielsweise durch die Veröffentlichung von Mails, in denen Einer wiederholt mitteilt, Geld aus Werbeeinnahmen den rechtmäßigen Empfängern zu überweisen oder ein Mittvierziger an eine knapp 20jährige ellenlange “Liebes- Briefe” schreibt, weil er sich nicht verstanden und für voll genommen fühlt ?
@Bernd, worüber sollte ich mir Sorge machen?
Übrigens: Schlammschlachten sind für Zuschauer immer am Angenehmsten.

@Karl Marx: Ich weiss schon, dass es für “zuschauer” am einfachsten ist, aber deine “Drohungen” sind auch nicht wirklich konfliktlösend.
Ich denke ein paar Leute sollten hier wirklich mal drüber nachdenken wie sie miteinander umgehen und was sie hier schreiben. just my 2 cents.

Because of massive attacks and spam at the end it was needed to deaktivate the forum. (In germany you are responsible what is written on your website.)

@Alle Beteiligten: Es könnte Alles so einfach sein, könnte man nur über seinen Schatten springen und Schlechtes einfach mal hinter sich lassen. Für Jmd der wahre Größe besitzt wäre dies vermutlich ein kleiner Schritt. Wozu die aussichtslose (und vermutlich ebenso ziellose) Konfrontation?
Eine kurze diskrete Begründung wegen des Serverwechsels und der Trennung von L & T würde den meisten Fans vermutlich reichen. Alles andere gehört nicht ins Internet, nicht in irgendwelche blogs etc…
nehmt euch mal folgenden Spruch zur Brust:

I believe that Lynne and Tessa use/used the german branch of my own web space provider.
The law in Germany says you’re responsible for the content of your web site, right?… so can’t the forum be based - for example in England?
I might be over simplifying things, but couldn’t you just get a space provider from within the UK? Or is it where the owner originates from that’s important?
Alternatively - are there any moderators, apart from Admin, Lynne and Tessa? Couldn’t there have been a set of moderators that could have helped remove inappropraite content?
Look at it this way - you have to be something amazing to make your site worthy of being spammed - not sure how work go about guarding their hosted forums from Spam - I can have a word if you like Web Master, find out? - let me know. I assume you have access to my e-mail address.
Let me know.

I was on a ride of joy/happyness while watching your clips for the 1st time last weekend, in the meantime checking your website’s, and then I read about you two splitting up.
